Fees:

Initial Consultation (1 Hour) £72.00

Follow up appointments (45 minutes) £58.00

Payment is requested at the end of each session.

David accepts, cash, cheques and all major credit and debt cards including American Express. Patients can also pay by BACS if they prefer. If you are claiming on your health insurance the normal procedure is for David to invoice your provider directly, so please bring with you details of your insurance, including your policy and authorisation numbers, when you come along for your initial consultation. Some policies carry a significant excess that needs to be paid directly by you to David. They may also have limitations on the amount they cover, so please check where you stand before the initial visit, so as to avoid incurring any unexpected costs.
